I’m thinking of using TaxFreeUSA for my tax filing this year. Can anyone share their experiences? How user-friendly and accurate is it? What features does it offer compared to other tax software? How’s their customer support? Is it worth the cost, and are there any hidden fees?
For the past 15 years, I’ve used TurboTax to file my taxes. Then, about 5 years ago, I chose to use FreeTaxUSA and have had no regrets. And there’s no reason to pay for TurboTax when TaxHawk or FreeTaxUSA can provide similar, if not better, results and service.
I adore FreeTaxUSA and will make frequent use of it.

It was easy, though, when we were just using W2, and at the time, I vowed never to convert.
