Should I sell my ETFs because my income this year is so low?

Exactly, I’m not trying to time the market—just looking to simplify and adjust the allocation. Thanks!

Wouldn’t the cost just be the bid/offer spread? And I’d save on taxes by selling now?

Yes, that’s the idea. It’s called tax gain harvesting, and it’s a common strategy. Wash sales don’t apply since there’s no loss here.
