Not happy with Taxslayer

Too confusing; you can’t review your work; you can’t see your return until it’s filed; their website is hard to use; Ramsey didn’t get in touch with me when the IRS rejected my return; they provided me with the wrong ID number, etc. I now have to go to a real accountant for assistance and real-time advise since dealing with a computer software that doesn’t care is too stressful and unclear for me at this point.

I just detailed my terrible encounter with them in a lengthy comment. I tried to make a remark on their page, but I ran out of space, even though I was only permitted to be as brief and specific as I could. Thus, it might not make sense to certain individuals, who might question whether a parent asked their 7-year-old to do it. I don’t really feel horrible; I’m not sure whether I’m permitted to use that kind of terminology on this site.

I just wrote a detailed comment about my terrible experience with them. When I tried to leave a brief and concise comment on their page, I didn’t have enough space. So, to some people, it might seem unclear, like if a parent asked their 7-year-old to write it. “Horrific” doesn’t fully capture how I feel—I’m unsure if I can use stronger language here.
