Is Track1099.com a legitimate and secure site for managing 1099-NEC forms?

I just received an email from them about retrieving my 1099-NEC, which requires entering the last four digits of my SSN. The email is from a company I’ve done freelance work for, but it shows as “mailed-by: mandrillapp.com” and “signed-by: track1099/com.” I’m concerned about its legitimacy. Any insights would be appreciated.

They’re asking for your social security number to ensure that only you can access your tax documents and prevent others from seeing them. You have the right to view your own tax records.
