If, following the usual three-year audit period, I finally received ERTC, do I still need to revise my 2020 return?

patiently awaited the ERTC for many years. At last, it showed up. I am over the three-year period that the IRS would typically audit on my personal return with the flow through. Is the revised business return going to be valid for the usual three years?

If the ERC makes up more than 25% of the gross income, the statute of limitations is six years.
