Friend wants me to register a business under my name… what should I think about?

This sounds like he’s trying to avoid legal import duties or something like that. Otherwise, why set up a new export business when everything can be bought online nowadays?

If this business was totally legit, he wouldn’t need to register a new company. I’d stay away from it.
