FreeTaxUSA for the win, again

Hi guys,

Earlier this week, I was searching for insights into where people are doing their own taxes and wanted to share my experiences for those interested.
Last year, after using HR Block for several years, I switched to FreeTaxUSA. Although it was a bit clunky, it provided me with a better refund and was much cheaper.
This year, I tried HR Block, TurboTax, and FreeTaxUSA again and found that FreeTaxUSA was the most affordable, offered the best state return, gave the same federal return, and was actually the easiest to use.
TurboTax was user-friendly, but they aggressively pushed upsells, and I doubt I could have gotten through the process for less than $70.
HR Block was moderately priced, but the experience was frustrating and slow; it probably took three times longer than the other two options.
Has anyone else had similar experiences?

Shouldn’t everyone provide the same reimbursement amounts? Unless HRB and TT are holding forms until you make a payment?
