Don’t worry. There’s a good chance that Musk will cut the department responsible for enforcing this.
I filed a BOI for my two-member LLC earlier this year and got a confirmation. My LLC was formed in 2021. Not sure if this helps OP, but that’s my experience. I agree with others here though.
