If you gain a few clients in that community, you’d probably have steady work. There’s a local firm here that focuses on artists and performers, and they seem to be doing great.
Entertainment and short-term rentals.
When I was on my own, my niche was delivery drivers and people with simple Schedule Cs who were stressed and misinformed. They’re willing to pay well for guidance, but it’s a limited market, so I wouldn’t try to build a whole business around it.
Also, I worked at a firm connected with a local immigrant community. The owner was one of the few who would do business with them back in the day, and he gained a lot of loyalty in return.
Entertainers, athletes, and content creators with a focus on multi-state issues.
